Our dog daycare center has over 13,000 square feet of space for your dog, which is about 3 basketball courts worth. If your dog had any concept of this idea they would demand to come here for their dog daycare. However, once they have been here they WILL know that it is the only place for them. Their tails will wag when you are driving here because they will know that fun is soon to come. They will hang their head out the window and gaze longingly as you drive by on the weekend and wish that they could stop in to run in our yard and swim in our K-9 Oasis. This is because we have everything to offer for every kind of dog.
If your dog is like most, then they will immediately go to our main yard for daycare. It is the largest space here and is covered by a large canopy. This way they can take a break from the sun, or if the weather is a little wet, they can still enjoy the outdoor space in comfort. If you have a little guy, or senior, then they can hit our small and senior dog daycare area. Both areas feature splash pools and play equipment, to give them options for their playtime.
You will also notice our K-9 Oasis area that features our in ground swimming and play equipment. This daycare area is for your four legged bathing beauty where they can cool off in style or even do a little doggie paddle. Just wait until you see it. It is a one of a kind in the City of Chicago.
If your dog needs a little special daycare attention we can do that too. Are they just a little crabby around other dogs? Maybe they think they’re a human too, and just enjoy the company of "their own kind". Or maybe they have seen many summers go by and just need to take it easy. We can help there as well. We feature several private runs and, of course, a nice doggie bed in the office can work wonders on those shy dogs. We also have several large private runs where they can stretch their legs, run and play - so don't worry about exercise or free time, they will get plenty of both! Like we said, we have it all. If we didn't mention something you are looking for, it just means we probably forgot to mention it. Just call and ask.
Your dog will also get a nap time between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM so they can unwind a little and have a snack or eat some lunch, if you would like. Please make sure you pack it for them if they need it.
Believe us, your dog needs this time. Especially for those that don’t know when to take it easy. Other places will run your dog over 10 hours a day, but vets agree with us that this rest time is needed. During this time we are busy cleaning away for the next round of play. After 1:00 PM they are on the loose again and do whatever they want until 5:00 PM, when it is time to get ready for home.
