- Less than 24 hour reservations made will incur a $25 last minute booking fee.
- Cancellations made 24 hours or less prior to your stay, during non peak seasons* will incur a $25 cancellation fee per cat.
Peak Season Boarding Fees and Cancellation Policy: To include and not limited to Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day.
During major holidays/peak boarding times below, there is an additional fee of $10 per night/per cat. The upcoming holidays are:

* A non-refundable one-night boarding fee is required at the time of reservation acceptance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation will not be eligible for a refund or store credit. For holiday reservations, cancellations must be made at least 10 days prior to the holiday to receive a refund or store credit.
* A two (2) night minimum is required on November 27 and 28, as well as a three (3) night minimum on December 23-25th. The holiday surcharge helps cover the additional staff and work that is required to handle the large volume of dogs during this time. As well as the team is paid an additional hourly rate for Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Years Day.
* We are closed for pick up or drop off on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day (Staff is here to care for our guests).
* Reservations during major holidays require a 50% deposit at the time of booking.
* While our boarders are provided with fleece bedding, crate pads, mattresses, sheets, pillows, etc. It is the owner’s responsibility to inform us if their dog is a chewer and if we should remove anything at each boarding reservation.
* Additionally, if any items are damaged by their dog during their stay, the owner will be charged a fee based off damages incurred.
