Pet Care Plus has been family-owned by Jennifer and Chris since 1998, at the same West Loop address. That continuity gives Chicago pet families a long-standing local team and a consistent place to turn for care.

A Pet Resort Designed with Your Pet in Mind
The purpose-built pet resort at 350 N. Laflin St. includes five air-handling systems, private climate-controlled suites, and a 15,000-gallon in-ground heated saltwater pool. These facility features support boarding, daycare, grooming, and cat care in one West Loop location.
An Open Door, Always
Visit during business hours to see the resort. Live webcam access is also available so pet parents can check in remotely during a stay.
