Our free puppy socialization program gives young pups a safe, enriching, and professionally supervised place to put their best paw forward. From social skills to confidence-building, we’ll help them develop essential life skills in their most critical learning stage — while having tons of fun!

Our free puppy socialization is part of our commitment to improving the lives of local pets and their people. The listed seasonal sessions are for puppies under 9 months old. Confirm the current age and health requirements with the team before registering. They’re designed to boost mental and emotional development through play and positive, controlled experiences, including:
Supervised social play with other puppies of similar age, size, and temperament.
Plenty of love and interaction from highly trained caregivers.
Exposure to new sights, sounds, and settings to expand their horizons.
Early familiarization with the pet resort environment — lobby, suites, play areas, and more.
Positive reinforcement from our attentive team to encourage good social skills and behavior.
Ample rest opportunities in our climate-controlled pet resort.
Tons of puppy-focused fun and activities in our spacious, secure play yards.
Some sessions include seasonal enrichment such as splash pools and bubbles!

Why It Matters
From the moment they arrive home, puppies start developing the behaviors, habits, and impressions they’ll carry for years to come. Pet Care Plus gives them a safe, nurturing, and fun-filled place to explore through play — encouraging healthy development so they can settle into their place in your family, and in the broader world.
The research is clear: the first 16 weeks are the most critical window for socialization. Puppies who aren’t thoughtfully exposed to other animals, environments, and people during this period often develop anxiety and behavioral challenges that persist for life. Our program is built around understanding this developmental stage. Sessions are controlled to build confidence and not overwhelm your puppy. We introduce new dogs and experiences gradually, with the pace adjusted to the puppy; individual responses vary. This is one of the most important investments you’ll make in your dog’s life, and we take it seriously.
Dogs are social by nature, but they aren’t born with all the skills they need to thrive. Social playtime with other puppies of similar age gives them a meaningful opportunity to exercise their social skills, understand boundaries, learn to read canine body language, and feel at ease around new people and other dogs.
Puppyhood is a critical time to experience new things and learn the outside world isn’t something to fear. Your puppy will encounter new sights, sounds, scents, and friends to build confidence and expand their comfort level. Puppies who aren’t well socialized often experience fear and reluctance as they grow up.
It’s important for growing puppies to have positive experiences away from their moms and dads. Building healthy independence helps prevent future separation anxiety and promotes a better sense of self. Our program teaches puppies that they’re still safe and supported even when you’re apart.
Most dogs will need professional pet care throughout their lives — boarding, daycare, grooming, or training. Our program lets your pup get familiar with a pet resort setting early on, making future visits easier and more comfortable, from the lobby and play yards to the suites, grooming salon, and training areas.

Your puppy may have lots of socialization opportunities, but they’re not all equally beneficial — in fact, some can be risky. Negative experiences can have lasting consequences, and a supervised setting gives the team opportunities to observe interactions and adjust them. Here’s how.
Sessions are supervised by multiple specially trained staff who deeply understand puppy behavior, body language, and safety. We’re always present to guide positive interactions — oversight an uncontrolled environment like the dog park can’t offer.
Our facility was built with canine safety in mind: ultra-tall fencing and double-gates, dog-specific turf, a five-part air filtration system circulating fresh, temperature-controlled air, and daily deep-cleaning with veterinary-grade products.
Attendance is limited to ensure maximum safety, supervision, and personal interaction, so your puppy can come out of their shell feeling safe. Current Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella vaccinations are required along with a negative fecal result from the last six months, protecting your puppy from unnecessary exposure to illness.
More than just a place to play. Positive habits, good manners, and responsiveness are rewarded with praise and affection, while pushiness or nipping is gently redirected — so your pup learns to navigate the world appropriately.
