We’re genuinely glad you found us. Here’s everything you need to know before your first visit — no surprises, no fine print.
Your first visit starts with a brief, relaxed check-in where we meet you and your pet. For boarding and daycare, we do a temperament assessment — not as a gate, but as a foundation. The more we understand about your dog’s routine, preferences, medical history, and personality, the better we can care for them from day one. Most first visits take 20–30 minutes. After that, we take it from there.

Requirements & Vaccinations
For the health and safety of every pet in our care, we require:
♥Dogs: Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella, plus a negative fecal result from the last six months.
♥All pets free of external parasites.
♥Intact males and females over 6 months spayed or neutered for group daycare.

What vaccinations does my pet need?
Dogs need current Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella vaccinations, plus a negative fecal result from the last six months. Cats need Rabies and FVRCP. All pets must be free of external parasites, and intact males and females over 6 months must be spayed or neutered for group daycare.
