New Clients · First Visit
Your first visit starts with a brief check-in where we meet you and your pet. No surprises, no fine print — here’s exactly how it goes.

Step by step
We meet you and your pet, get you settled, and answer any questions before anything begins.
For boarding and daycare, we do a temperament assessment — not to decide whether we’ll take your dog, but to understand how to care for them best.
We’ll ask about routine, food, any medical needs, and behavioral quirks; the more you tell us, the better we can meet their needs.
Most first visits take 20–30 minutes. After that, we handle everything.
No surprises
The more you tell us, the better we can meet their needs. That’s the whole point of the first visit.
